@TimSweeneyEpic @EpicGames @Steam Yes, we can buy games on Steam using Visa and Mastercard. Also, providers like nsave now fully support Syria. But on Epic, we can't even claim free games. we can browse the store fine, but the actual checkout/claim process just errors out every time.
