Im gonna give my thoughts from around 2 hours of playing (definitely not enough and I might give another opinion later): - First off I love the driving bus mechanic, it’s super fun and it really changes how the match starts but not too much like the surfing did, big fan of it! - The new locations look really cool but for now there’s no reason to drop there because the bosses don’t give you something crazy (ice king gives literally nothing), not a huge issue tho because once we get to the first milestone they will drop stuff - I have mixed feelings with the weapons, not really a big fan of the new shotgun because I think that the twin hammer shotguns are going to dominate, the pistol is incredibly good, I prefer it a thousand times over the smgs. Sadly with the ARs there’s obviously one that dominates and it’s the Nemisis AR, the combat one has no chances against it, I hope to see the hammer or a similar AR unvaulted later in the season to compete with the Nemisis. The seven DMR is so powerful, it’s a must take, I love it. - I have some issues with mobility (which I hope get fixed once we reach the milestones), because the sky zip is technically the only mobility item available, and it’s not that great for mobility, it’s very good for repositioning but you can get cracked very easily, wish there would be some kind of boost mechanic like with grind rails once you use the sprint. - I love the new Rivals feature, it reminds me of spy games, getting the community divided and reaching milestones to unlock new content throughout the season, no negatives on that one! Y’all nailed it. - The QOL improvements are really good (especially the door bash one), I really appreciate those. I think those are my thoughts for now, hope they help you and the team, and thank you so much for all of the work! ❤️

As someone who only plays Fortnite Ballistic, this update is very sad. The mode has been neglected for so long and I firmly believe it has the most insane potential out of any mode in Fortnite. I just wish that if there are no plans for future updates there would be some communication letting us know so that the community can grieve and move forward. 😔

this might be one of my favorite season launches ever. The gameplay is GREAT, New Pois are AMAZING, The QoL changes are insanely good, The only small nit pick i have is that the opponents feel way above my skill level most of the time, But that might be a skill issue for me haha overall 9/10🔥

@JustTeddii I completely forgot about the new shockwaves, maybe because they don’t have a high spawn rate, but they’re way better than the old ones, and it helps with the “no mobility” issue that I mentioned above, still wish there’d be something else like crash pads, but it’s pretty good

@JustTeddii The br gameplay is amazing, I wish rivals were closer more often but I get that's probably not possible. Blitz needs to return to how it was A marvel themed thing but you spawn with regular weapons is so lame Revert vbucks, gotta throw that in there. The locked style is stupid

This season's extremely fun and love the new POIs so much! Something's that's missing currently are the fun items, though.😕 I like that the gameplay isn't drastically different compared to the last season (except the new rivarly feature which is absolutely amazing and SO FUN), but in my opinion, it's a bit too similar in terms of in-game items. I'd like a bit more fun items or just more changes, to change up the meta a bit. It generally feels okay, but I fear that the gameplay may turn dry soon, since the meta *in general* is very basic. No complaints at all though, I'm loving this season so far. ❤️❤️

@Loolo_WRLD @JustTeddii Combat AR is definitely a fair choice for second AR. The fire rate is insane and it's one of the strongest AR's ever for Zero Build! You just have to learn to control the recoil and then it's insane

@JustTeddii I think it’s honestly amazing! Although I did see some people talking about Zero Build not having enough movement, besides that, I don’t really have any issues! One last thing, I would love to see LTMS return, such as Floor is Lava, One Shot, Air Royale, or 50v50!

@JustTeddii Besides the blatant greedy practices your higher ups have been doing, I'd say a 6.2/10. The skins are OK, the loot pool is alright, the rivalry system is redundant (it gets repetitive after the first few hunts) and zero build has been neglected once again with the lame ahh shocks

@JustTeddii My biggest gripe is the UI is the clunkiest it's felt in years. - Too much startup animation delay (especially after being eliminated) - Elim screen overlay unnecessary - Button hitboxes too small / frequently not registering - LOTS of UI lag - Overall boring/hard to read design

@JustTeddii I like it so far! The Mobility is good and Gunplay and Mechanics are even better! One thing im fully against is locking either Foundation or Ice Kings style. Hopefully there will be a way to unlock the style for the losing side! As it would be sad to see content lost forever.

@JustTeddii My only real gripe so far is that sometimes, especially early game, your rival is pretty far and then dies to someone else. So just because they died to someone else, my match’s pace is slowed (going to get that dropped contract or else I can’t even start another!)

@JustTeddii Zero build seems like an afterthought again. Nerfed shockwaves feel terrible. Zipline is useless against real players as they hit you off. Dmr is very strong and the whole season feels very slow and boring. Going to be a sitting on mountain with dmr with no skill gap or fun.

@JustTeddii You hyped it like this season was going to be life changing compared to last season and it’s far from it. Some nice poi’s but the gameplay is basically the same. Build and ZB need to be separated because the only way to disengage in ZB is mobility and good forms are lacking.

@JustTeddii Mobility needs something else. I like the new shockwaves, but the cars still feel few and far between while the zip line doesn’t really feel that useful. Rivalries gotta have some sort of cooldown. I feel like I’m getting hit with one the moment a fight from the last one ends

@JustTeddii Hi Ted! I’m on PC, these are my specs: MSI gaming trio 4070 12gb i7 12700k 32gb 3600mhz ddr4 ram playing on an nvme M.2 SSD, same drive as my operating system (Win 10) I’ve tried adjusting graphics settings both high and low, w and w/o nanite+GI, and the problems still persist.

@JustTeddii @KiriBuilds I know you didn't ask me, but this is an issue on Xbox Series X/S and PS5 too. Me and friend constantly have stutters, freezing, and drop to around 4 FPS when the same things occur. It has made this season launch incredibly miserable because it WILL NOT stop happening.

Loving it cuh 🫡 yall cooked for this season. im sure everyone is telling you all the great stuff from poi's to balancing of movement. but ima be different and give you one idea to help the season reach it's full potential, MORE CHESTS, I've landed on multiple houses with 0 chests and it hurts my soul more than the results of the game lmao. id rather have too much loot than not enough. thanks for all the hard work 🫡

@JustTeddii Need more movement, especially for zero build. I feel like the zipline glove thingy is too rare, same with the nerfed shockwaves (I need to learn the names of new items I know) bring back the forsaken vow blade if possible for more movement options. Other than that, it's great.
