Epic games does NOTHING to prevent hackers from stealing accounts and nothing to help players recover them when hacked. I have raised TWO support cases (online because God forbid they pay humans to speak to you and help you) for my 13yo son who lost everything to a KNOWN HACKER. We’ve spent hundreds on this game and they denied reinstatement twice. Support didn’t ask a single question to verify him as the Creator and just sent denial emails. It’s a SCAM. PARENTS DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN PLAY THIS GAME. They are money hungry, unethical and incompetent!!!!

@EpicNewsroom You should also make the horrible customer service against your rules. I got hacked and lost my epic account since the email was changed, and everytime I make a report it's always "Failure to provide evidence" when I have a literal screenshot of my account with the new email
